If you are inquiring about a new license, please use the Request Agency License form instead.

All requests are reviewed within one business day. For requests requiring hands-on access — technical support, updates, and domain transfers — you will be contacted to confirm access credentials before any work is scheduled. Requests where access cannot be confirmed within 72 hours are subject to the stale request terms in your service agreement.

Remediation work falling outside the scope of standard AI Beacon support is billed at $250 USD per hour with a one-hour minimum. A written estimate is provided and must be approved before any remediation begins.
